[Resolved]  Shubh Nivesh — Air India Baggage Damage

Dear Air India, This is my first time travel in your flight on 20th July from Hyderabad to Bangalore. My baggage was broken. I spoke to the Air India counter who said that there will be a person coming home to repair the bag. It is more then 3 weeks and no one has come to repair my suitcase. I have called the number [protected] several times. they only tell me that the person will come today, tomorrow. I have not received anyone coming to my home to pick this bag. I am a frequent traveler. though i am no more a fan of Air India anymore. However, It is your responsibility to repair the broken suitcase. I would appreciate if you can call me on [protected] and get this fixed. Your customer care is more pathatic, after 50 mins on hold they disconnected my call. Regards, Kannan
