Shubh Nivesh — collection of garbage from single house

Sir/madam

I am a student staying ina flat. It's hard for me to hear the whistle of the garbage collector. And even if i do hear them i don't know which street they are in. So i asked nicely to one lady to collect garbage from my door atleast twice a week. She takes 50/- rupees from everyone but she charged 100/- for me. Still i agreed. She took money and she is not regular. She come once in 10-12 days. This is happening from last few months.
I called bbmp for household waste service. They said they don't have anything for single house.
Sir kindly look into this problem. Please provide some proper managed garbage collection service. Not everyone in bangalore are living with family. I want to help in keeping the city clean.
What i have written here is problem of many people around city.
