Shubh Nivesh — Complaint about delay in delivery

I have sent a very important document which must reach the destination by 7th of October, 2021 but it is showing dispatched from Air LGBI TMO.Moreover its a speed post but has already taken over 10 days.Its very shameful that they are so much inefficient.
So I request you to look into the matter and take urgent action. Otherwise this will cause a big loss to me.
