I, a resident of The Padmapukur Area, Kolkata 700092, would hereby like to bring to your kind notice that the stray dogs in our locality is more than five to six in number. They always keep barking whenever a vehicle pass by or a pedestrian. Children feel scared as these dogs often chase them. Unvaccinated, if they bite, the person has to go through a lot of pain. These dogs almost everytime they see a person on foot barks and chases it. At night, and even in day time, the people of the locality find it difficult to sleep due to continuous barking of their. These dogs are making the things worse here as people feeling scared throw stones at them and they in turn get raged. I would thereby like to request you to look in this matter and take them away from locality as soon as possible. Your cooperation will be highly appreciated.
