I am a resident of Garia, Mahamayatala.
While our locality is very warm towards the stray dogs, however most recently there has been one dog which has been acting strangely. It’s behaviour has turned violent, with it severely biting some people and chasing the rest. It’s presence is becoming very dangerous for our local residents. We have informed the local counsellor, but in vain. I need someone to take action on the same, asap....

Myself suraj gayen resident of 31/1 p n mitra lane kol -700053. Worst drainage system in my lane severely causing hindrances in daily life. Each and every year 2-3 times we are facing overflowing of drainage system. We have already complaint about this matter to the nearest kmc office and they come and try to clean it but the problem is the breakdown of the drainage pipe during a work done by kmc itself. I live in 4b, haji lane. I would like to draw your attention towards the dumping of garbage at our lane which causes it to smell horribly while passing by. This has attracted a lot of stray dogs and is becoming a nuisance as the dogs bark too much at night frightening people away and also urinate and poop in front of our gate making it impossible to walk.
Health of people in our area is deteriorating. It is a matter of great concern.br...

We are residents of 11/c topsia 2nd lane, kolkata-700039 (Opposite of a. H i academy). For the past 6 months we are suffering from the stray dog menace. Four has occupied our building passage. Many families member just survived from dog bite out of these four.

Some dogs already identified as mad by the locality people.

In and around p naskar lane, picnic garden area there is above knee length water logging after al most every rain.

In the same road we have the tiljala post office its also submerged.

The area around 21 p naskar lane, picnic garden road, kol - 39 is lower than surrounding area. Repeated request raise the road height also has not happened.

Kmc engineers have also voiced same concern...

But, it is unlikely to bring in your concern, that due to very low water pressure in the area, inadequate supply of water in the premises becomes a regular feature. To meet the daily needs, we are compelled to depend on other source of water ie; purchasing water from local vendors regularly....
