I just got the notification from many times that to buy iPhone 11 pro max at 4000 so just I shocked at the moment that how . So after that I contact the man that was sending the messages . So he said that you want to buy or not I say yes I want so after that he explained me carding but I not know about that so he say believe on me and pay the 4000 rupess so after payment he not recieved the call before 4 hours and after not recieving he says that there is a problem and sorry for the problem that there is no refund option after saying that he put off his phone and doesn't reply me yet . So I contact to Phone pe and explain the situation so they say that we can initiate a refund but we will help the cyber cell so they say that please register the complainant so that I contact you . So sir/ Madam I know that you can initiate the refund so please help me I am really a poor family belonging person .
