The call center executive calls me on 30 march stating the courier will be delivered around 4:30pm. No one turns up.

When repeatedly chased on 31 march on the customer care no - no response.
It looks deliberate because the phone is in use as it says your call is waiting but when rings no one responds.

When called the alternative number the customer service representative was unprofessional and add to it the supervisor pavithra was lackadaisical. While talking to supervisor the phone disconnects and when tried multiple times no luck getting through even her and never bothered to call back.

In jist the update given was the package was damaged and hence sent back to the sender at raipur.

How can it be believed when customer care calls on 30 march and says the package will be delivered.

Instance one - 30 march no information provided about the damaged package.

Instance 2 - shear lack of professional ethics and rude behaviour to customer.

When the package was in bad condition ideally professional courier services of raipur should not have accepted the package - this looks like a tampering from professional courier and not from sender. The whole gamut of the issue is professional courier has damaged the package during the transit or may be damaged during delivery.

I want someone accountable to handle this and close the issue asap.
