Dear sir, I'm a residential of Mansarover Garden (pin code 110015)New delhi. In our 'E - block ' there are some ten Street dogs who have created havoc from past 6months.. These dogs doesn't let any one pass our line specially kids and street sellers. They bark and runs behind everyone and tries to bite as a whole gang. These dangerous dogs get on to our cars and skretches all over.They fight and bark whole night, made our life miserable.My nephews are scared of going out of home. Civil is harrassed for common man I am a victim of it. They always report wrong to my PAN. Every time has to spend Rs 550/ to see my report and then a long wait for rectification .
