Shubh Nivesh — the increasing number of dogs in our locality

I am a resident of badshahnagar railway colony (Opposite to paper mill colony). The number of dogs in my colony has increased suddenly. The dogs are creating nuisance in our colony. There have been several cases of biting and chasing. The dogs enter our houses and bark and howl all night. The residents are in a terror. I request you to help us and do something about this problem.
