Shubhkamna Buildtech Pvt Ltd — criminal conspiracy, fraud, cheating, forgery of documents with an intention to cheat

Dear sir/madam,

Subhkamna buildtech pvt. Ltd. Having its regd. Office at 19-e, pocket-iv, mayur vihar phase-1 delhi, floated a housing project known as “shubhkamna tech homes” at plot no. Gh05/b, sector 137, noida, u. P.

In 2016, I got a call from some agent Named Prafull. He knew me because I had taken the loan from Indiabulls and he was working there.
They offered me that there is a buy back scheme wherein Builder will use my profile to sanction the loan and he will pay the EMI for 18 months. After 18 months they will close the loan and they will share the appreciation amount which they will earn by selling the flat. He said this is all legal and bank also knows this thing. I agreed with him and provided my documents.
He asked me to buy a flat in his project at Shubhkamna tech homes” at plot no. Gh05/b, sector 137, noida, u. P. On subvention scheme or buy back with 18 months whereas company will pay the entire emi’s for 18 months with written mou on stamp papers. They never shared the MOU with me and finally stopped picking my calls.
Finally they applied for loan in from bank by saying that they will avail the loan from bank and close it after 18 months. Loan sanctioned from Central Bank of India, Panchsheel branch, Delhi. Bank transferred all the amount without my knowledge, banks are also part of this conspiracy.

After few months, they stopped paying the emi’s of bank. No one is replying to my mail and their number is closed.
Now i am getting calls and notices for recovery. Finally i became victim and accused as well at the same time.
Bank has used my security cheque and bounced it. After that they have sent a legal notice of Cheque bounce case. I don’t know how to tackle this.
I’m not the only one, there are many more who have been victimized.
