Subhkamna buildtech pvt. Ltd. Having its regd. Office at 19-e, pocket-iv, mayur vihar phase-1 delhi, floated a housing project known as “shubhkamna tech homes” at plot no. Gh05/b, sector 137, noida, u. P.

In 2016, I got a call from some agent Named Prafull. He knew me because I had taken the loan from Indiabulls and he was working there.
They offered me that there is a buy back scheme...

My son Milan Rawat booked a two room + study flat (D-2/B-6) in your Shubhkamna Advert Tech Home scheme Sector 137 Noida in May 2011. As per the builder-buyer agreement the flat must be delivered within three year s from booking date but I am sorry to say that the project is already laggard as per the stipulated time. I visited the site many times and most of the time I found that there is no work in progress or sometimes hardly few workers seen working there. As the builder promised in the agreement that the flat will be readied within three years _ that is by June 2014. Now more of 2015 too has been elapsed and still the delivery picture of flat seems foggy. I visited Sector 2 NOIDA office too many times but there is hardly a person steadfast on the projects progress. Already 90 per cent of the flat cost has been paid and it is really difficult to meet both end _ the higher interest on loan amount and rental payment of present house. Dear Sir,

I have booked a flat in Shubhkamna Advert new project i.e. Shubhkamna Lords in sector 79 in May 2012 by paying a booking amount of 8 Lac. My unit number is: T-6/A-610. When I booked my flat then they assured me that this project will be launched in another 1-2 months but now its more than 10 months and its still not launched. Now I am not able to hold my hard earned money more for this project. I already gave a written request to Shubhkamna Advert office on 5-Mar-2013 to refund my money with interest. But they are not not behaving properly now with me and saying they don't care and will not give any interest on our money. They are utilizing our money from last 10 months openly and earning more money from that with no fear. Can you please help me to get my refund with interest. I will really appreciate.
