I am a regular customer commuting using vehicles provided by the shuttl app. My usual morning pick up point is behala chowrasta near sbi and the same location serves as the drop point during the evening ride back home. However, yesterday evening's ride back home proved to be a shocking experience, as i found out that the drop point had changed! I was not notified by shuttl, neither did the driver of the bus had informed us prior to our arrival at the stop that the drop point had changed. It caused major inconvenience and greater confusion. Once back home, i called up shuttl, where i was informed that the drop location had indeed been changed to behala chowrasta, which was 500 metres away from the previous pick-up point, due to some diversion and i was instructed to follow the navigation the next morning to reach the new pick up location.
I made my way this morning to the new pick-up location following the navigation. To confirm if i have reached the right place, i called shuttl again. This time i was told that the pickup point is behala chowrasta near sbi, and not behala chowrasta as was being shown by the navigation!! I was again faced with the same confusion. Since i did not want to be miss the bus due to this confusion and get late for work, i had to cancel my ride and take some other mode of transport to work.
This experience has led me to have a very bad opinion about the shuttl customer service and it is doubtful if i will ever recommend this app to anyone else. Diversions are something that none o[censored]s can do anything about, but notifications should have been sent out to alert people about the changes. I request you to immediately address this confusion and send out notifications about changed pickup points. Was this information helpful? |
