Shuttl — refusing to refund my unused ride's money

Few months back i bought a bulk pass for a selected route because it was matching my time (I. E 5pm). After few days of buying that pass, they discontinued the services at 5pm without any prior information. I chased them to get information on when will they be resuming the same but they did not reply to my query. By that time the validity of my pass got expired.

Now, when i contacted their customer care to avail refund as per their policies, their customer care executive asked me to buy a new pass in order to avail the complete refund. I did the same but later i got to know that indirectly my money for renewed passes also got stuck. After putting more than 6000rs, i just got a refund of 750rs.

This is a clear example of being conned. When slowly people are no more interested in using their services, they are using other modes to earn money.

Please take necessary actions against them and stop them asap.
