On 25.9.2018, i successfully booked for myself a seat on the vehicle arriving at behala chowrasta at 8 a. M of the following day (26.9.18), with the booking id[protected]As can be seen as the first text message in the first screenshot). However, this morning i was notified that i had been shifted to the vehicle leaving at 8:38 a. M (Second screenshot)!!! If i had the luxury to leave so late, then i would have booked myself on this vehicle the first time itself. I do not know with whose permission shuttl has done this!! Only last week i complained about the confusion created by them when they changed their pickup and drop locations, and now this!!! The management is seeming to go on a very rapid downward spiral, with them doing things that are more idiotic than the previous one, not to mention the services (Or the dis-services) provided by the untrained and ill-informed customer care executives. I am travelling after having paid a high fare for each ride taken and hence i refuse to accept such shoddy services!!

As shuttl claim that u we don't use ride money will be credited for next ride, which didn't happen.
