A big question is shuttl is actually helping travellers or creating equal issue for them.
I myself has face the issue 5-6 times.
Firsty, their app did not works properly, even if app works they are unable to track shuttle due to which mostly shuttl get missed.
Further to that they do not give the option to cancel a ride and we cannot book the slot of another shuttl, we only get the option to reshedule.
Same route of other shuttl, still the shuttl timings are different.in one they are giving option of 6:35pm and in one they are showing 6:55pm. Why a big difference even of the route is same, why we canot switch or cancel?
I am unwell today and have to wait for 45min to catch the shuttl. Who is responsible if my health gets more worse? Was this information helpful? |
