Today i have booked a shuttle by choosing a time slot of 8:16 am and was waiting for the same at the stop. Unfortunately, it didn't reach at my stop and then i wait for it till 8:30. I didn't receive any notification for the delay then i called at their customer care center and discussed the matter with their executive. She(don't want to disclose her name) told me that i have missed my shuttle and shuttle was on time. I told her that i was waiting at my stop since 8 am and no shuttle(DL 1P 2895) has been passed away. She was arguing with me.
Then after 2 minutes she told me that our team is providing me 300 as shuttle credits which i don't want from them and this i have clearly mentioned over call. I was getting late for my office and i told her that please do some good for me either payback my money or give me details of alternate shuttle so that i can reach the office on time. She said that what she already mentioned this is the best i can do for you. So finally i decided not to travel in shuttle in future and this incidence i have shared with all my colleagues.

i arrived 15 mins before and waited for more than half an hour. The bus location is still showing as my pick up location. Very pathetic service and zero transparency when it is not as usual
