I had ordered Airpods Pro 2nd Generation from Shyam Krupa Enterprise with order No. 23415 on 26th March 2023.
After receiving the product i found that the microphone of the Airpods are not working. I initiated return request as per the process mentioned on their website. Surprisingly the mail id mentioned on the website doesn't exist and my mail got bounced with message as (screenshot attached):

After raising complaint through whatsapp, they are least interested in reverting back neither they are picking up the call as well.
