Shyamoli Paribahan — complaint against the kolkata helpline number

Yesterday night i availed shyamoli from baramunda bus stand, bhubaneswar and as i got into the bus, i saw my seat was already occupied. When i asked to leave the seat, i came to know that they were carrying passangers both of kolkata as well as asansol but the bus was of asansol. This was done because of the breakdown of the kolkata bus. The breakdown took place a day before, already 20 hours were past, still they made us travel so uncomfortably, even a long ranged fight took place among the passangers. I'm not blaming the staffs who were present there, because their condition was also sympathetic, but i'm blaming the management, why this thing happened, they didn't lower our fare for this. Moreover they reached asansol via kolkata, which was a long route and took 3 hours longer, i missed my office today for that particular reason. While booking tickets, i selected my seat according to my convenience but i couldn't get it to sit.

This was the brief of whole incident happened on 30th of may, 2018 in puri to asansol shyamoli paribahan volvo. Now comes the main complaint against which i want you to take strict action. I called their helpline number of kolkata, which is the main branch to just let them know the incident and to ask them if that was the way to behave with their passangers, the person was too rude, even he used slangs while talking to me, as if i was travelling free of cost in their vehicle, and then he declined the call. This was really a horrible experience. The fare charged by shyamoli is not at all less. It's much more than others. Sometimes it may vary but most of the time they r the maximum. I don't want all these, the only request i want to make is that please take a very strict action against that person whoever received that call... I don't know who was that, here i provide that number, please try to find him out, i'll really be very grateful to you for this sir.

Most ### service they provide...
I booked ticket from Karunamoyee to durgapur..the bus was totaly damaged with mechanical problems.speed couldn't exceed upto60..I had to go to hospital that day.my mom health was too bad.bys no was 6812
