        আজ ০৮/১০/২০২২ ভোর ৪ঃ৩০ টা আমরা দুইজন শ্যামলীর সায়েদাবাদ কাউন্টার থেকে চট্টগ্রামের ২ টা নন এসি টিকিট কাটি। ওরা আমাদেরকে বলল যে, শ্যামলী সবগুলো গাড়িই ৩৬ সিটের। শ্যামলীর রানিং গাড়ি উত্তর বঙ্গ থেকে আসতেছে তাই আমাদেরকে ফ্লাই ওভারের সামনে আসতে হবে। তাদের একজন মুখে লাল দাড়িওয়ালা হালকা গড়নের আমাদেরকে ফ্লাইওভারের সামনে নিয়ে আসল। কিছুক্ষণ পর মামুন নামের একটা গাড়িতে আমাদেরকে তুলে দিল। আমরা প্রতিবাদ করলে বললঃ এটা ৩৬ সিটের অনেক ভালো গাড়ি। আমরা ভিতরে এসে দেখি গাড়ির অবস্থা খুবই খারাপ। গাদাগাদি সিট। ফ্লোরিং করেও কেউ কেউ বসে আছে। আমরা মামুন এক্সপ্রেসের সুপারভাইজারকে জিজ্ঞেস করলাম ওই ব্যক্তি তাকে দুই সিটের জন্য কত টাকা দিয়েছে? সুপারভাইজার বললঃ ৬৮০ টাকা।
        অর্থাৎ আমাদের থেকে ১৩৬০ টাকা নিয়ে বাকিটা ওই চক্রটা নিজেদের পকেটে ভরেছে।
        মামুনের সুপারভাইজারের সাথে কথা বললে স্বীকার করল যে, এ রকম কাজ ওরা নিয়মিত করছে।
        এ ব্যাপারে যথাযথ কর্তৃপক্ষের যথাযথ পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণ করার জন্য অনুরোধ রইল।

          Absolute fraudsters. Took money for Volvo AC bus and suddenly reported that it has undergone a breakdown. As a replacement, they have provided a terrible bus with very limited leg spaces, AC not properly working and people kept their hand luggage on their laps.

          Further, that bus did not drop my relatives (for whom I recommended and booked the bus) to their destination.

          I would recommend all to boycott this bus service as they are complete cheaters.

          I am really feeling ashamed and disgusted that I recommended this bus to my relatives.

            We were travelling from Siliguri to Kolkata by Shyamoli Paribahan bus which departed from Siliguri at sharp 6:15pm... when the bus halted at Dalkhola for dinner at around 8:45pm we went to the hotel directly and ordered our food but it took much time to serve our food due to tremendous rush somehow we finished our food in the mean time the bus started running without carring three o[censored]s we litrally ran after the bus to catch the bus somhow we managed to catch it after that the driver and the conductor stated arguing and used slang language...if this is the safety of the passengers while travelling and stop this sort of bus services we never expected these behaviour from Shyamoli Paribahan staffs from the next time we are never going to travel in Shyamoli Paribahan as well as I will see further how these things will happen again and again...worst experience with Shyamoli Bus Service.

              Misbehave by driver and staff

              Respected sir
              Please refer my 02 mar 22 mail to you regarding inconveyance faced by me during journey from durgapur to kolkata on 01 mar 22.
              Till this time I have not received any response from your office.. Please look into the case on priority. We expect from a such reputed company staffs should be polite and to follow the company rules. Where as your company staffs are very much desperate and having very much rude behaviour...

              I have booked a ticket from karunamoyee to Durgapur at shyamoli paribahan Pvt Limited for the bus at 5:30 pm. But it has one late. The staff are saying it is due jam. But it's not the fact. It has started at late. My complaint is that it should be intimated to the passengers. Why the passengers will suffer by anxiety?
              Please take necessary action and compensation should be provided.

                The bus attendant was very very rude and misbehaved with the customer. Staff was very unruly and has no customer service experience. This will be the last time I will be travelling in Shyamoli . My seat number was 1 and the bust timing was 10:45 and my destination was Baguiati. Please provide adequate training to the staff as we spend so much of money not to be treated so badly

                  Today I bought a ticket from Ukhia in Cox's Bazar to Comilla and got on the bus and told the supervisor to get off at Comilla Chaiddagram Upazila Gate Doel Chattar.
                  I was asleep when the cantonment dropped me off at 4.30am.
                  What kind of justice?
                  I am drawing the attention of the authorities.
                  When I say why are you dropping me off here as a driver or pulling a car?
                  I want to judge him for his bad behavior.

                      Dated 27th Dec 20, we boarded the bus from Puri to Kolkata. My friend could not recline his seat as the co passenger from the back complained about the seat hitting his knees but he himself was using a complete recliner position. The co passenger and his relatives started hurling abuse and showing arrogance when we told them that every passenger has the right to use the seat properly. Shyamoli Bus Staffs did not take any action when we approached them and instead said that it is not their problem. Rather they asked me and my wife to exchange seats with my friends if we wanted our friends to have a relaxed journey, which we eventually did. This caused severe knee pain for my wife and she is still not feeling well. The Shyamoli Paribahan Bus Staff's severe misbehaviour has caused us serious insult and pain to the mental state. I want to take officially/legal actions against both the parties. The Co Passenger's seat numbers were 31-32/33-34.

                          We were travelling from siliguri to kolkata on bus no wb 23e, 5807 on 20th apr '19.

                          The bus met with an accident, which clearly happened due to the negligence of the driver, around 4:15 am in the morning. Some o[censored]s were wounded badly.

                          However, there was no first aid kit in the bus. No replacement vehicle was provided even after 3 hours of the accident. Repeated calls to their helpline nos did not yield any result, rather they were rude and insulting, to say the least. Some number was given by them as an escalation point, however that turned out to be a farce.

                          Terrible service and very poor customer support. Should be avoided to the extent possible.

                            Today i took a journey from kolkata to durgapur, and i made the ticket for durgapur only as again my bus from durgapur to ukhra was 6:50 but the bus reach at 7:05. So i missed it.. Anyways from kolkata only staff was behaving rudely with me.. I exchanged one seat and he was saying that why i didn't informed him and exchanged the seat. He was behaving rudely. Then instead of durgapur i stopped at andal which is 10 kms from durgapur.. And then the staff shouting at me and behaved rudely in front of everyone.. He was also telling me not to travel anymore

                            How dare he show such attitude...

Bus operator is telling he can not do any thing for cancellation or reschedule for next date.

                                I have booked a ticket from kolkata - puri at 11.53 am. But after booking i had noticed that it was booked on wrong date. Quickly i have booked next ticket and tried to cancel the first one. But i was unable to it online. I called the customer care /kolkata but they responded so badly and did not help me at all. My first ticket no. Was - tmda58882944 and pnr no. D36yhzu5.

                                I have a very good faith on shyamoli paribahan. I think they will notice the matter and do the needful for the refund.

                                  Yesterday night i availed shyamoli from baramunda bus stand, bhubaneswar and as i got into the bus, i saw my seat was already occupied. When i asked to leave the seat, i came to know that they were carrying passangers both of kolkata as well as asansol but the bus was of asansol. This was done because of the breakdown of the kolkata bus. The breakdown took place a day before, already 20 hours were past, still they made us travel so uncomfortably, even a long ranged fight took place among the passangers. I'm not blaming the staffs who were present there, because their condition was also sympathetic, but i'm blaming the management, why this thing happened, they didn't lower our fare for this. Moreover they reached asansol via kolkata, which was a long route and took 3 hours longer, i missed my office today for that particular reason. While booking tickets, i selected my seat according to my convenience but i couldn't get it to sit.

                                  This was the brief of whole incident happened on 30th of may, 2018 in puri to asansol shyamoli paribahan volvo. Now comes the main complaint against which i want you to take strict action. I called their helpline number of kolkata, which is the main branch to just let them know the incident and to ask them if that was the way to behave with their passangers, the person was too rude, even he used slangs while talking to me, as if i was travelling free of cost in their vehicle, and then he declined the call. This was really a horrible experience. The fare charged by shyamoli is not at all less. It's much more than others. Sometimes it may vary but most of the time they r the maximum. I don't want all these, the only request i want to make is that please take a very strict action against that person whoever received that call... I don't know who was that, here i provide that number, please try to find him out, i'll really be very grateful to you for this sir.

                                    I availed shyamoli paribahan from siliguri for coming to kolkata on 19th sept. 2017. Although the bus departed at its usual hrs. But made delay of ten hours in reaching kolkata. The office staffs (Siliguri) of shyamoli paribahan were not responsive and rude with me.in the middle of my journey the bus stopped running due to mechanical defect. The staffs of the bus did not make any alternative mode of transport and i had to wait for hours on road during the period of repair. One staff even said for leaving the bus and searching some other mode of transport and they cannot help me. I felt disgusted and helpless at such deadly hours of night and kept waiting till the bus was able to run.
