Shyamoli Paribahan — poor cancellation policy

I have booked ticket on 23rd match at 1845 ist from kolkata to bhubaneswar from shyamoli paribahan but after booking immediately i noticed i booked ticket for 23rd match2019 instead of 24th match 2019. I am resident of dumka (Jharkhand). I tried to call several mobile no. But i had a mobile communication with no. [protected]. My ticket no. Tn4p52128756 and pnr is 44a924nj. Bus operator is telling he can not do any thing for cancellation or reschedule for next date.
