Worst bus service!!! They harras passengers... They dont check the condition of the vehicle before starting the journey, we would have met with an accident today (14 Jun) due to their negligence while travelling from Kolkata to Digha... After travelling for 2 hours they realized the bus is damaged... Made us wait for 2+ hours for another bus, were not ready to give a refund... Staffs are bad! This company should be shut down!!!
