Worst bus service!!! They harras passengers... They dont check the condition of the vehicle before starting the journey, we would have met with an accident today (14 Jun) due to their negligence while travelling from Kolkata to Digha... After travelling for 2 hours they realized the bus is damaged... Made us wait for 2+ hours for another bus, were not ready to give a refund... Staffs are bad! This company should be shut down!!!...

Bust tkt booked for durgapur to kolkata 10:15 AM dated 9th Oct, 2019. Bus got cancelled by the service provider. Bus the ticket amount is not refunded yet.
