This is an escalation about the service provided by Kayankulam Shymas Honda. I am writing this out of frustration.
I booked a Honda Unicorn bike on the 30th of June 2021, which was delivered in 2 weeks of July.
Within a week it started showing complaints in starting and stopped responding to self-start and manual kick.
I complained about it to the service centre kayankulam. They said the battery has complained and need to be replaced. And they lied and said the battery has been sent for replacement. For time being kept a temporary battery.
After some week again the same issue arose and they did the same and assured the good battery will be provided soon, saying the delay is due to the lockdown.
After a while again this issue arose. I asked them to come here to my home (pallipad) as I was unable to kick on the vehicle. An employee came and found that this was the old battery only. Not replaced yet. So they lied initially to me.
This time the employee took the battery in front of me.
Replaced battery after some days and after some days again the issue arose.it continued like that number of times.
Today (30th November) again this same issue arose and I was supposed to go urgently somewhere.
