This is an escalation about the service provided by Kayankulam Shymas Honda. I am writing this out of frustration.

I booked a Honda Unicorn bike on the 30th of June 2021, which was delivered in 2 weeks of July.
Within a week it started showing complaints in starting and stopped responding to self-start and manual kick.
I complained about it to the service centre kayankulam. They said the battery has complained and need to be replaced. And they lied and said the battery has been sent for replacement. For time being kept a temporary battery.

After some week again the same issue arose and they did the same and assured the good battery will be provided soon, saying the delay is due to the lockdown.

After a while again this issue arose. I asked them to come here to my home (pallipad) as I was unable to kick on the vehicle. An employee came and found that this was the old battery only. Not replaced yet. So they lied initially to me.

This time the employee took the battery in front of me.

Replaced battery after some days and after some days again the issue arose.it continued like that number of times.

Today (30th November) again this same issue arose and I was supposed to go urgently somewhere.

    The back wheel bairing of my honda dio was failer and i went to cherthela shymas they registered my complaint and they said they will contract me in two weeks now its clossing to 3weeks they didn't care about coustmer stastfaction they were only think about sale. company plz be on time and clear our complaints as soon

      I bought a unicorn 150 bike from shymas honda, cherthala, alappuzha, kerala on 21.02.2019. The bike is also had battery problem & starting treble problem on purchasing date. The company which has not tell the damages at the time of delivery. I request to the company more than several times to resolve the problem or rearrange the new vehicle. But the company has not accept the my request so far.

        My name is Suni,
        Today(13/02/2019) I went to shymas Honda Kayamkulam branch for necessary repairs for my CBR 150R.
        I shocked, bcoz how to calculate your billing and taxes.. the reason explain
        Changed my bike rear tyre and new TVS tyre (ATT 455 R 130/70-17 62 P) is fitted. It's market value is 2200 ( including taxes).
        But I paid 3200 RS at that showroom.
        700 Rs paid advance and 2500 paid today.
        For why I paid extra rupees.
        Then another reason How to calculate SGST and CGST in the bill. I have doubt this billing... Please explain detailed in this bill. Other wise I will complaint to the consumer court..

          Yesterday ma dio got serviced.. I requested them to air check ma tyres.. And aftr service.. I got the dio.. Front wheel has no air😢😢😢.. It will cost ma life jus bcoz o[censored]r careless service.. R u trying to killing innocent people.. I m a lady.. Actually wen i was driving.. First i didnt u understand wat d problem is.. Vehicle is lagging to one side...

            My honda unicorn vehicle (Kl 29d 9744) was serviced @ shymas honda harippad branch (Haripad, kerala, pin code - 690514) on 13 september 2018. I'm not satisfied with the service at all. Huge bill amounts & labour charges. Its extremely high. Very poor behaviour & attitude from the service manager mr. Shibu lal. Also he doesn't care about the service quality & timings. Also there is no inverter or any other alternative way for power loss. Water service is also not done due to lack of electricity. Very poor atmosphere. These are a great disadvantages for a reputed company like honda two-wheelers india ltd. So take seriously

            OD[protected] with this order i ordered a smart watch on 27th feb & assured delivery on 2nd march then 1st march they rescheduled delivery on 6th march again now they are asking 4more days delay and without my confirmation they cancelled my order

              Hi..
              I had one bitter experience from Shymas Honda Service Kayamkulam.
              Today (15.10.2018) morning I gave my bike 4 general service at 8.30 am..
              It has not much maintanance work but only oil change and some maintanance work.
              But the called me on 05.30 pm and said that they need one another day for maintanance..
              Their attitude and behavior also not so good.
              please take necessary steps for customer relation..

                It was 3rd free service for my Honda Activa.I got a bill after the service.And there is a un usual terminology "CONSUMABLES/CON001".and its charge for 34.93 rs.
                I asked to service adviser, she said "im buzy here, go and ask some one else".I got shocked...coz that was such an embarrassing moment that i ever had in my life.

                Hello,

                This is the second time am reporting the same complaint against the same dealer. The first post was made on July 2012 and its almost 4 months and yet my problems are not fixed. I had reported to change the main damaged parts of my scotter (activa) axle, left rear mirror etc and even after another service with the dealer, am getting the same response as before that the parts are out of stock. What should we clients do to ensure that we get the parts replaced.

                Is there no value for the money we spend to buy the vehicle.

                Please take necessary action that we get the parts replaced.

                  My name is Jithinsha from alappuzha, i had purchased a Honda Activa (Black, w3517) on 28/12/2006 from Shymas Honda. From the starting itself i had many quarrels with the staff over their regarding the service. I had faced many problems which even resulted to an accident where i was so close of missing my mother, that time the issue was regarding the axle. The axle had broken long time ago and neither the staff over the dealer informed me about this. When i faced the problem of balancing the vehicle, i consulted a Honda trained mechanic and he informed about this and it was him who welded it for the time being and asked to purchase one. The very next day i consulted it with the showroom and they said the material is out of stock. After a few days again my vehicle lost it balance and met with an accident. After that i again consulted them regarding the same and again the same result, also i had asked them to replace my left hand side rear mirror and my foot mat. Its almost now one year i have been requesting to change these, still now they have not responded in an authoritative manner. Today also i faced the same as i felt really bad of purchasing this vehicle from such a dealer. I have used almost the products from honda till i faced these issues and due to this i never let anybody face these.

                  I wish the management of Honda take disciplinary steps against this dealer so that you can emerge as one of the NO:1 industry in the world. Hope to have a step ASAP.

                  I never thought that i will have to make another post in the forum, but its quite disappointing to say that the issues i have are not yet resolved. I really don't know what more i should do now. One of the staff from the Shymas dealer contacted me the very next day but he didn't give an answer to my queries. I have again gone to the service center for yet another service and still they don't replace me the damaged parts. As am from a medium class family this what i can do, that is to post a complaint against the dealer in a forum.

                  Please let me get my parts replaced.
