Overcharging - charging more weight more than actual weight of product shipped. This has happened to 10 of my orders, after raising dispute they refuse by telling that carrier has denied. They have made the weight double or triple of all my shipped products. I have sent several mails asking them to cross check as I'm not satisfied but still they keep saying the carrier denied. How can a product double or triple the sent weight? I have all pictures of the items I sent, yet they billed it more than what was sent. Was this information helpful? |
