Shyplite is courier aggregator we have shipped many shipments using their services.
One of our shipment was lost and they have marked as package lost and raised a credit note for Rs 2, 615.
This was happened on may 2022. They have said they will credit this with in a month.
But latter they have merged with shiprocket.
Since then every time we email they used to reply our team is working and you will get credited...

Hi team shyplite is courier aggregator we have shipped 1000s of parcel from them
we have some lost parcel credit which they credited
but theyir business is shut down
they are not refunding money in our bank account -₹5, 666.03
we have been mailing them from movember and every time they just say it will be credited in month end 6 months has been passed still their attitude is same
they gave final date as...

Since june 2022 we have sent about more than 50+mails but my wallet balance is not refunded to my bank account till march 2023

please take action against this......

shyplite failed to settle our cod amount of 37333 Rs. The suddenly closed operations from JULY 2022 END.

They kept promising over mail and calls that the COD amount due will be settled soon, but nothing happened.

I am attaching their mails.

Kindly help us get our money back.

Shyplite is not giving back my money from 6 months, they are forwarding the same mails from 6 months that they will pay this week or this months, making fake promises but still they are not paying back my hard earned money, please help me to get it back...

Struggling since June 2022 still not refunded 256/- wallet balance. Every month makes false commitments & statements that every month end BUT THAT NEVER END.

Shuplite has not giving my my cod payment of more than 1 lakh.It has bren more than 2 months.
Everytime i mail them tbey say they will give but they never give my money.
Since shiprocket has bought it.its their responsibilty to clear our dues....

Shyplite has not paid our pending cod balance amounting to 37333 Rs.
The company has closed down, but they keep assuring they will remit the amount the next week, but its been three months since then.

Is there any collective forum for the same issue, kindly let me know.

Its been months since my packets got delivered and till date they have not crediited the amount to me, they ask to wait for the next cycle and i am really upset with their services...

Suddenly that company resign 30-40 people in a day on 20 may and suddenly on 8 June, he resign me from designation of manager instead of my appraisal, i m already qualified for a appraisal from this April 2022, he that company delaled and instead of my appraisal he give me my resignation without giving me any reason and i also attact the screenshot which i recieved when I ask the reason from company....

Overcharging - charging more weight more than actual weight of product shipped. This has happened to 10 of my orders, after raising dispute they refuse by telling that carrier has denied. They have made the weight double or triple of all my shipped products. I have sent several mails asking them to cross check as I'm not satisfied but still they keep saying the carrier denied. Never make parcel on delivery worst services manages don't know to coordinate with customers they have lot of customers they dont need more...

My 4 shipments were booking it showed an error but in the morning again it shows an error but money was debited from the account. and they are not taking my call and giving an amount. pls, do something. my country and allow the companies to do this kind of thing with anyone. parcels were booked but canceled and the company has billed these shipments and deducted them from my account balance.
now not giving any appropriate reply...pls...

Its been 2 months shyplite messeges me about an order of $549 which is not my order. Messege come daily and its harassingand disturbing me...stop it as soon as possible...

The company shyplite had picked up my packets from pataudi,
I had paid them in advance but the packets went missing from there, asked them multiple times to bring my packets back but they did not send them back to me even, worst company they are taking people money .A fraud company please take a legal action towards the company .

This is regarding the courier sent to Agra from Ghaziabad through Bludart for which Rs1250/- was charged (receipt attached). The shipment reached in completely damaged condition. The wooden frame was brutally broken, glass shattered, envelope containing Rakhi for my brother missing.(We have evidence o[censored]nboxing and shattered frame and wooden frame) When complaint was raised I received call from Bludart that packaging was not done properly...

In 28 days shipment not delivered from Delhi to Mumbai
it is in Mumbai since 21 days!!! still not delivered.
these people take money from us but DO NOT TRACK packages nor they insure shipment is delivered. If this is happening in Mumbai you can imagine what they would do in small towns!

We had shipped 3 identical shaped Cartoon Box (Egg Cartoons in cm. 36x36x36) weighing 23 Kg + 25 Kg + 20 Kg = Total 68 Kgs on 6th Jan'21 vide AWB No[protected] of FedEx. To our utter surprise, we noticed that they have erroneously billed us against an absolutely abnormal weight of 233.5 Kgs. Cheating by charging more weight than actual weight of product shipped. It happens in almost all invoice, when raising dispute they deny telling that carrier has denined....

Please dont ship using Shyplite because they have added fake delivery charges in my bills as ODA Charge. (Outside Delivery Area). While booking shipment they showed be shipment price as Rs.48, and when they generated final bill for this shipment, they billed as Rs.2100.Please don't ship your orders by this website named as shyplite.Before shiprocket done frauds in weights with me and all other customers, so I started shipping by Shyplite.Now...
