Same issue, shyplite has not paid back the cod amount and wallet balance, though they keep assuring to pay the weekend or month end, it is not happening.
Where should we file the case.

we are using your Pre Paid services of your company in which you show normal prices and take money from your clients before generating tracking numbers for parcel shipped. once parcels got dispatched you increase the price to more than the cost of product shipped on your platforms is it a fair way of doing business. we have already raised disputes for wrong shipping charges on[protected] for which your company Simba Logistics Pvt Ltd (shyplite) has not replied back to us.

Most of them are Essential category items Operation theater replacements bulbs, Infrared bulbs and purification tubes generally used in Govt Labs, clinics and Private labs were not more than 50 to 100 grams for which your company is charging 275/ rs as a shipping charges for such small lamps which was more than the product cost.

you have again raised a second invoice with same mistakes on[protected] and increased the Demand without resolving previous issues and continuously shootings Emails and phone calls to our colleagues for which a dispute has already been filed .

we request to please be fair in these tough times as we are already working with skeletal staf[censored]nder tough pressure of lock downs.

Shyplite - Fraud in Billing - We had shipped 3 identical shaped Cartoon Box (Egg Cartoons in cm. 36x36x36) weighing 23 Kg + 25 Kg + 20 Kg = Total 68 Kgs on 6th Jan'21 vide AWB No[protected] of FedEx. To our utter surprise, we noticed that they have erroneously billed us against an absolutely abnormal weight of 233.5 Kgs. This is totally unacceptable and ridiculous as the weight charged to us is even more than triple the actual weight of shipment. Above all their initial response against our query for Dispute mentioning "MPS Shipment cannot be Escalated for Weight Dispute" and marking Status as Rejected is even more funny. In case of MPS maybe it is difficult to reconcile Box wise weights, but there should not be any issue resolving the Disputes related to the Total Weight.

Please note that even in FedEx Website under Detailed AWB wise Tracking, it is very clearly mentioning that the TOTAL SHIPMENT WEIGHT is 72 Kgs against our Tracking No[protected]. The screen shot was provided to Shyplite for ready reference. Just imagine, FedEX is confirming Total Shipment Weight as only 72 Kgs whereas Shyplite are billing their Customers for 233.5 Kgs.

FedEx Tracking clarifies that Carriers have just charged 72 Kgs only against our AWB and Shyplite are billing us against 233.5 Kgs for the same. It is sheer cheating and fraud on their part. They just provide a standard and irrelevant reply without bothering ro rectify their billing. When FedEx is displaying only 72 Kgs in their portal how can Shyplite charge us for 233.5 Kgs. When proofs has been provided then why anyone will not entertain the dispute only because it was MSP order. I think it is Shyplite company's policy to make easy money by fraud and cheat method.
