Signature Linkers Private Limited — fake commitments made. avoiding calls and behaving arrogantly.

We have taken a plan from signature linkers private limited. The proposals made by the executives at the time of selling the plan are now being denied.
We have been charged a hefty amount and now they are not ready to provide what all they promised and avoiding our calls and behaving arrogantly.

The details are as under-

We were offered a plan by the executives (Mr vivek gupta and mr. Satendra) of signature linkers private limited on 15th oct 2018 at hotel raj mahal, meerut, wherein we were to pay a sum of rs. 1, 25, 000 (One lac twenty five thousand only) to avail a holiday package throughout the world for a period of ten years.
It was to consist of one week (7 days 6 nights) per year which could be availed in advance or could be carried forward) as per our convenience. The amc amount was told to be rs. 8500 plus gst. However, in our case the gst was waived and we were told that we would have to pay rs. 8500/- only throughout our membership tenure.
In addition to this an additional rci (Associated partners property) week was also offered which initially was told to be free of cost but soon after in the bond it was shown being charged. When we objected mr. Vivek twisted his words saying we can avail the in-house property against rci week free of cost but for rci the applicable charges would have to be paid.
To allure further, mr. Satendra laid forward another proposal of providing us an additional domestic tour anywhere within india on payment of rs. 10, 000 (Ten thousand only). It was however subjected to the condition that the part payment of rs, 61500/- (Sixty one thousand five hundred only) has to be made the very same day i. E. 15th oct 2018.
We were told that this 5day 4 night trip would be for a couple inclusive of the following free facilities -
- to and fro air ticket
- accommodation
- food
- complimentary site seeing.
We were also given 3 bonus weeks i. E. 18 additional nights.
We agreed to the offer and asked for all the commitments made to be given in black and white. At this point, mr. Vivek took us into confidence and assured us that everything committed would be made available under ‘terms and conditions’ section of the signature club app.
Moreover the bond papers that he got signed by us had all conditions favoring the company alone, when questioned, he reassured us that the commitments being made by him would be forwarded to us via e-mail and on our id that could be accessed through signature app.
The payment of rs. 61, 500/- was made through the debit card to mr. Vivek at our residence at around 9:40 pm on 15th october 2018.
Later, when the commitments made were not given in writing by the company, we called vivek and informed him about our concerns. He kept on assuring us that he would get the things done as promised but that was just his style of simply delaying things.
Company and the customer care executives also seem least interested in solving our issues and to add further, their tone is turning out to be quite arrogant. Moreover, now mr. Vivek has stopped receiving our calls.
I have recordings of the conversations made with vivek and the customer care executives which clearly bring out the malicious intent of the entire signature club team.
They are asking for the remaining amount also. This is too frustrating since we have not been issued the membership card till date. Also most of the issues are still unsettled. I don’t want to pay a single penny to such a company which created a mess right in the very inception of our plan turning our enthusiasm for vacation into tension.
Primary issues that demands serious concern includes the following-
1. The provision of one additional week in signature club’s property free of cost in lieu of rci week.
2. Fixed amc of rs. 8500/- for the entire duration of ten years.
3. Hassle free booking for one week anytime within the year at a prior notice of 15-30 days.
4. Free fooding and complimentary site seeing for the domestic trip of 5 days and 4 nights in india as promised.
