Greeting of the Day, Respected Sir/Mam, Subject :- Project :- Sikka Kaamna Greens, Sector 143 Noida Expressway, Issue :- Delay in Possession from Builder, already crossed 40 Months and seems to take another three Years This is to hereby bring in your kind notice that we are Buyer's Association of Sikka Kaamna Greens, Sector 143 Noida Expressway...We have invested our hard earned money with Project and waiting for the Builder to handover the possesion. We keep reminding Builder about the progress and they keep making us fool by saying that let your 40 months period to get complete and you will get the possession on time.. Now its more than 40 months and according to current situation it looks that it will not get complete in next 3 years..We have monitor the construction time to time and most of times we found no worker's or only 20 workers on a site..But Sikka always making fool o[censored]s that construction is in full swing..Sikka has invested our money in purchasing and constructing other projects...We all are already over burden with Bank EMI and paying rents.. Now we are looking for the Penalty of 24% on the paid amount for the delay, on monthly basis OR Builder should return our money with 24% Interest.. We are looking for your Support and Intervention to help consumers of your country/state..we want Builder to share our burden by paying monthly penalty ... As of Jan 2018, status is still ongoing and no sign of possession anytime soon.
Builder is giving false promises and assurances. 7 Years since start of project and no signs of possession.
The project is turning to be a Nightmare for buyers. The condition of their other projects is also similar.

Sikka developers seem to be cheat and fraud builders. I had purchased a unit in December 2015 under subvention scheme i.e no EMI till possession. The builder has now stop paying the EMIs and there is hardly any work going in the tower where my unit is located. I am struck as I have to pay EMIs from my pocket. on contacting the customer care department they said that we have decided to stop EMI's and we dont care of any agreement. it seems builder is hands in hands with financial institution and is fooling general public by taking money using there loan limit. Any body else in the same problem please contact me as under or in case there is whatsapp group please include me in it.
