Issue :- Delay in Possession from Builder, already crossed 40 Months and seems to take another three Years


This is to hereby bring in your kind notice that we are Buyer's Association of Sikka Kaamna Greens, Sector 143 Noida Expressway...We have invested our hard earned money with Project and waiting for the Builder to handover the possesion. We keep reminding Builder about the progress and they keep making us fool by saying that let your 40 months period to get complete and you will get the possession on time..

Now its more than 40 months and according to current situation it looks that it will not get complete in next 3 years..We have monitor the construction time to time and most of times we found no worker's or only 20 workers on a site..But Sikka always making fool o[censored]s that construction is in full swing..Sikka has invested our money in purchasing and constructing other projects...We all are already over burden with Bank EMI and paying rents..

Now we are looking for the Penalty of 24% on the paid amount for the delay, on monthly basis OR Builder should return our money with 24% Interest..

We are looking for your Support and Intervention to help consumers of your country/state..we want Builder to share our burden by paying monthly penalty ...
