With “Option to Surrender of allotment”, I have booked apartment in the project Kaamna Greens in August 2017.
India Bulls directly disbursed the Loan amount..


As per the agreement I have exercised my option to surrender in July 2020 with prior communication of 30 days to your team.

For which you have executed the agreement and returned the decided amount to me on 13th July 2020 taking over the ownership of the flat with you.

As per the agreement, your team must settle the remaining Loan amount directly to the IndiaBulls within 30 days from the execution of agreement.

But you have not closed the loan till now.

I have done multiple follow-ups and calls from July 2020, but you have not cleared the Loan amount, and eventually stop responding to me as well.

I used to receive the threatening/ warnings from IndiaBulls recovery agents every now and then. Though I have conveyed the complete scenario to them with proof.

Your actions so far have greatly impacted my mental condition, reputation, and CIBIL score.

I hereby request you to clear all the dues of India bulls and close the Loan account on immediate basis.

Anticipating your serious attention over the case and immediate closure of Loan.

I am currently living in the NOIDA, known as the most developing part of NCR with lots of career opportunities and the vast land for the real estate properties. It is now almost more than 2 years living at the rented apartments and within these 2 years I have already changed four apartments because of landlord issues and obviously the rent increase after every 2-3 months.

Out of annoyance, I took the most major decision of my life and that was buying my own apartment. I thought may be life will get easier if I just buy my own apartment but, while exploring the every advertisements in classifieds section of newspapers, on internet and even the hoardings, every apartment costs too high. Buying my own apartment and ending the landlord daily cacophony would have remained a dream but fortunately, SIKKA has changed it.

I heard about SIKKA and after exploring their websites I got to know about their completed and on-going projects. SIKKA was offering a 2 BHK apartment at the perfect location as per my convenience within an affordable range. I called them for further enquiries and they asked me to meet them. After meeting them, they told me that I need to give advance to book my flat and after 2 years they will hand over the possession of my apartment.

Waiting for two years sounded little tough for me as I had to spend more time in the rented apartments. So, I wanted ready-to-move-in flat to shift into as soon as possible. The executives of SIKKA highlighted the every project where I will be given the liability to move in within few months. Few months sounded great and I appreciated the work done by the executives for listening, understanding and giving me numerous of suggestions only to make it according to me.

Just as promised, SIKKA handed me the possession of my apartment after the 5 months waiting. Nobody can explain it verbally, the joy of living in your own apartment without any landlord and rents. SIKKA has efficiently eradicated all the worries and benefitted me with the utmost services and apartment.
