Silicon Honda — Fraud in Insurance claim

We have purchased Activa 6G in the month of December 2021. At the time of purchasing they have cheated us on purchasing accessories and insurance.
After one month on 20th January 2022, I met with an accident, so the approximate amount for vehicle is 22, 000. Full front part has been smashed even bumper and wheel rim have be bend. But at the time of claiming they said for only 50% claiming. According to Insurance they must be approved for 98.04% to 100% claim but because of fraud we are facing issue in claiming. Now we are going for Consumer Court and case a file against them.
