On November 1st i was looking for a online part time job and then I got a call from the company .
This job on the same day a lady called me and asked are u ready to do part time job.
They offered me to type 1400 forms in 10days and each form they will pay 25rs.
They told that i can earn 35000rs in 10 days.
The lady asked me to give the adhaar card, alternate no., email id.
When I gave this she sent me a mail to sign the agreement and I signed it.
The agreement had the rules that if I am not able to type the 1400 forms in 10days I have to pay the compensation of 7100 or they will file the FIR on me on the court.
Even though if we will fill all the forms with 90%accuracy the will send a msg ur QC has been rejected. Many of them have experienced this.
I am afraid the same thing would happen to me.

Excuse me anyone please help me... They cheated me... They said they gonna make legal case against me... I am scared... Now I am pregnant 2 months... I paid 7.1K. again they r asking 18.100 rup. Otherwise legal action will be taken. Anyone please help me.
Sir I am also done this project yesterday, but after submit the total 1400 they send your Qc is fail. And give worthless, meaningless reason and they threatened me and told me to give them money...
Its full of fraud I can say..
They make people fool by using of fake agreements.

I have been experiencing the same issue. But, I haven't yet confronted them. Don't give them the money at all. Have you givwn them the money? Threatened them before they azk you to pay penalty. Say tou haven't fulfilled any of the employees rights and I surfed on google and found out that the company is fraud and scamming people so according to section 406 of IPC and 420 of IPC ... I can file a case agianst the companu and you will have to pay the sum for it. Say that I have my lawyer on call if you try to call me once again or ask me for some money I'll file the case immediately and you will have to come to the court. And also an fir report is being sent to the police. The police will shortly call you in 24 hours. So bhaad main jana.

Instead of contacting me. Pleasw do thw following. (I am getting lots of calls, initially I comment to get some help but here ppl are asking me for help).
Block their number from normal call as well as true caller.
Block their wtsapp no.s
Block their gmail each msg separately.
Even if they call and ask for money don't give them.
Call krke agr threaten kiya bolke ki case krhe nd all nd legal notice(jo fake hain) send kiya toh unko gusse se dhamkake bolna hum nhi dene wale tumko jo notice bhejni hian bhejo main bhi case kr skta/skti hu sec 420 or sec 406 of ipc ke under. Or police main fir bhi krgi/krga... or bolna fir call nhi krne ko.
Or agr unhone kaha ki case ki notice address pe bhejehw toh kehna haa bhejo koi nai... (bcuz kitne logo ko scam kiya sabko bhejte bethe ge kya unko paisa kaha se mileha fir? unko case ke liye wkt kaha se milega?

Or importantly apne family members ko bata do chaje woh gussa kre tab bhi bata do woh bbt help krge (kahi kisika relative police main hua ya lawyer hua toh bht help hogi then)
Or kisi bade aadmi ko hi phone pe baat krne bolo!!

I received a call from them on the same day I really didn't took a review because I was in hurry and need of money. I trusted them and worked I even rechecked my work two times . I did my work sincerely so that I will not need to pay them the fee. I completed my work with no mistakes and submit within time. They said we will send you your accuracy report and after completing my work they did not send me any kind of accuracy report and started threatening me through calls and mails please help me to get out from this problem I received some mail from them yesterday

same problems from my side. Filled the all form withing 10 days but my 200 farm wrong fill claim by company but 50form was wrong. after enquiries compeny say you follow wrong pattern. AFTER few day call and black mail me say pay 9600 otherwise legal action agaist you.
Same problem I am facing.i double checked all the forms.They are calling now as legal advocate.
I am also facing this problem. They are threatening by saying that they are going to file petition against me. Please help me. I am totally scared.
