And their legal advisors are no one they are just fraudulents peoples.
Don't pay single penny.
They are just fooling you.

Think logically - which company will charge money from you for your hard work ?
At contrary, they will give you the money.

Block them and don't respond
All messages are fake no need to worry or tensed. Just chill and focus on your studies.

If they file a case against you, they will caught by the police first. There is nothing that they will file, they are just lying and making you fool. Don't be fool.

On 7th November i had i had agreed to do the job. They told I have to submit 1400 forms out of them 1260 has to be correct and I have to submit it by 17th Nov, in any case, if i left the work in between or cannot complete I have to pay 7100. Depending on this terms and conditions I agreed. So after that I said that I am interested and after 1 hr they sent me the agreement letter without informing me that they are going to do an agreement with me. After that on 16th I completed the work and I called them number of times how to submit it bcz I don't know how to submit and they didn't even told. No one receives my call. I even tried from different number still no answer. After that on 25th Nov I got a letter that that I have to pay some amount according to their terms.
Please help me out.

Sir At 1st November I was searching for a job then I was apply for many types of data entry job and after that I was return a call from silicon technology compony and they say that your cv is sorted and u has been selected for the job and after they has signed me to do a agreement sign and then I was done but now today they send me one notice about FIR against me because of agreement broken and they say me to pay penalty if I don't pay then they will get strictly action on me they continuously send me emails and call their lawyer is harassed me sir what can I do sir plz help me sir suggest me what can i do now

Sir I am done the data entry project on 22.11.202. but after submit the total 1400 they send your Qc is fail. And give worthless, meaningless reason and they threatened me and told me to give them money...
Its full of fraud I can say..
They make people fool by using of fake agreements.
I am also afraid the same thing would happen to
me.please take action against to that fraud company..please don't people let suffer

Through online i was searching jobs for data entry work from home. One day i received a call and whatsapp message based on entry work they told me that company(silicon technology) will provide 1400 forms you need fill this form with in 10 days and need to submit. And also they said that 90% of forms need to done correctly. Then only my payment will process orelse if i failed to do that i need pay some payment for them 7100 penalty fee. I have done this work within 7 days and send it to the company. i checked three times whether i have done the work correctly or not. Day and night i did this work. But when i submitted they said that your qc is failed. I received a email from gurajat. One day they called me and said that she is from gujarat lawyer name adv. Aditi trivedi. She told me that i need to pay 7100 rupees beacuse of your qc is failed and also if you want to correction for your qc you need to pay 7900 rupees. And forced me to pay within one hour . If i refused to pay that money i need to be in court and case by some act of section. They threatened me to pay within hour and threatened me by if its gone to court you need to pay 1 lakh to 1and half lakh. Then i have little bit doubt on this so i searched im chrome i got some information about this (silicon technology) . In that information everyone said that this company is fraud they are scamming the people and and threatening and collecting money from them. When i seen that i just really shocked beacuse every document looks like original today also i received email from another advocate named adv. Minhaz B.com. LL.B. ground floor kalpataur colony, vidhuti Hall lane, vapi gujarat-396191. In that email i received that now i need to pay 10000 for like that

Please help other peoples as well as me regarding this. Alot of scam like original. I didn't pay any money till now but other peoples will be easily trust by fake company and fake advocate so please take some major steps for this i'll attach all the proofs.

He is the instructor who started to text me and said about all the information regarding entry first 3 days he texted me regarding some queries and doubt by filling the form later that he didnt replied me through whtsapp as well as call. Now he not at all sees my message and not picking my calls.

When i finished my work and submitted i'll just waited for 1 days fr checking my qc after one day my qc is fail . Then i just left it . Late one week i received email and call from gujarat named adv. Aditi trivedi Advocate association legal member of lawenity it act 2002
She called me and threatned me like court and cases 1 lakh to 1&half lakh fine

Then i ignored them beacuse they are fraud and scam

Today i got another email from another advocate named

Please take some steps to stop this scam alot of students were affecting by this issues. Mentally and physically we were affecting .
