I have ordered 1 TB External Hard Disk. The suppliers is SIMMTRONICS INFORTECH PVT LTD, DELHI. (Order No.AB6360460. But they delivered me a Stone in a Carton. Kindly Take a immediate action against your registered suppliers. Please give send me the product which I ordered. I have paid Rs.3100/- to the delivery party. Instead of ordered product, a small stone is delivery. Why this type of cheating suppliers in a recognised online market

My order no.i s AB 6360460 . I have order a 1 TB External hard disk. I have received a sealed cover. In which, instated of the external hard disk, in the box I have received a white colour stone and a waste cloth on it. I have already submitted by complaint in both web portal and in telephone also. No reply yet. I have also attached the photo of the delivery herewith. Kindly take necessary actions immediately
