I was purches 4 gb ram last year now it is not working and I want to change

I wish to draw your kind attention to the not giving ticket and rude behaviour of bus conductor towards the passengers.

I approached Samsung Servce centre 4-A-17, near Amar Panjabi Dhaba, Talwandi, Kota, Rajasthan 324005
For universal issue of Black Line coming in centre.
1. The service guy inspected the phone and there was no external damage anywhere. They were pushing towards utilizing the Insurance amount for replacing the Screen.
2. We refused and took back the Phone.
3. When we reached home we saw a external damage near LCD Panel.
4. As usual they clearly refused it has happneed during thier inspection.
5. Phone is only 8 Months Old.
6. I should get complete new phone from Service guys.
7. Complaint number was closed after confrontation.

I had purchased a Simmtronics 2GB DDR3 RAM on June, 2019 from a computer shop near me. which had 3 years warranty. but Now, this RAM is not working.

I have called Simmtronics Customer care number, but no response received from the other end.

So, I want to know that how and from where can i replace the defective RAM and how to claim the warranty from simmtronics.

Date 17.06.2019, bus no TN 01 AN 2381, route tambaram sanatorium to sriperumbudhur, conductor treats me very badly he told me to seize my pass and laydown from bus, will give the authority to seize my pass and he treats monthly pass holders badly. He speaks more rubbish words in bus very bad experience trip in MTC.

I recently purchased a ddr3 4 gb dual channel ram from flipkart, the ram is defective. This ram is in warranty period of 3 yrs from simmtronics.
Therefore request to do anything about it because there was a no return policy in flipkart for ordering that ram and the ram is no display problem.

As i'm a student i used to travel everyday for my college for 60km but the conductor of the bus are miss behaving and behaving very harsh just because of the reason i don't take ticket n i have student pass so plz do take action on them

As an employee it is not possible for me to take leave from office everytime.

Complaint regarding samsung adapter.. I had gone for the replacement of samsung adapter sa 60 at hans plaza ambedkar road ghaziabad which is under one year of warranty. It was 29 june 2017 and the owner of the service center said that it would be available in 3 days. But now today which is 11 july 2017 14 days have passed and i haven't got my adapter. Whenever i call the owner of simmtronic service center at hans plaza he would say that it will the come the next day and so on. I have called him atleast 10-15 times within these 14 days but the answer remains the same. So i would request you to look into this matter and get my adapter replaced as soon as possible. Thank you

I purchased one of your product (Ram DDR2) in april 2016, (3 yrs warranty) which is not working properly, then i visit Simmtronics service centre, where the people are busy in watching youtube videos instead of attending us. Further they replace the ram by hook, but when i asked for testing it, they refused and replied these rams are already tested, which in actual look likes a second hand rams, i rely on their statement and move toward, when i chck the replaced ram at home it is not working. i also checked with other ram to confirm is there anything in my pc, it works fine with other ram. i visit 36 kms to replace that ram and what i got is a dissatisfaction.

it wolud be helpful if services are well define. i request you to pay any slip or receipt of replacing product atleast while i will visit again to replace tht ram.

please help me out it is realy tough to visit again and again the service centres

Dear sir I have bought a RAM of 512mb two and half years earlier. And now it is not working properly so I went to Nehru place for replacement. But you will be shocked to know that I visited two times there and both times simmtronics employees provide mw with a defective RAM . As an employee it is not possible for me to take leave from office everytime.Even I have called on their service center number but anyone didn’t respond to my phone calls. I bought a simmtronics laptop battery with one year warranty. In two monts battery is not responding .so i gone to service center they told me they will replace in one days .now it, s i had visited there service center three times . they always said next day. next day. there employees does not talk properly.

As below, I have been trying hard to reach Simmtronics Customer Care to get my tab display repaired, but none of their service centers work in Kerala and in Chennai they are saying they don't service Simmtronics. How should I go about. I need my display to be fixed at the earliest as it stops me from my daily work.

My XPad Freedom tablet fell from my hand and the display is broken, I have tried at Trivandrum, Cochin, Chennai service centers that are mentioned as per the service center links from your website and they are either not your service centers now or they don’t have the display.
