Dear sir, I had purchased a Simmtronics 2GB DDR3 RAM on June, 2019 from a computer shop near me. which had 3 years warranty. but Now, this RAM is not working. I have called Simmtronics Customer care number, but no response received from the other end. So, I want to know that how and from where can i replace the defective RAM and how to claim the warranty from simmtronics.
