Hi All, As below, I have been trying hard to reach Simmtronics Customer Care to get my tab display repaired, but none of their service centers work in Kerala and in Chennai they are saying they don't service Simmtronics. How should I go about. I need my display to be fixed at the earliest as it stops me from my daily work. " Hi Simmtronics-Team, I am Rajesh from Kerala. My XPad Freedom tablet fell from my hand and the display is broken, I have tried at Trivandrum, Cochin, Chennai service centers that are mentioned as per the service center links from your website and they are either not your service centers now or they don’t have the display. Kindly facilitate the XPad freedom display (let me know the rate and the mode to pay so that I can pay it and get the display). Require your urgent response to e-mail.
