Dear sir,

This is sunil mistari. Now i am working in muscat, oman.in organization simplex infrastructure ltd. My employee number is ec 33954. Working in this organization as safety supervisor since 27th june 2015.
Due to my family problem and my visa was expired. I resigned my job 31/10/2017. As per company policy i completed my one month notice period. But company not release me with my full and final settlement. And force to me for work. Last 4 months company not give salary. And also my father has in extremely i'll and his prognosis is not good

My visa is expired 26/06/2017. Now four months were over after my visa was expired.

For your reference please find herewith attached my resignation letter and company appointment letter.

I am request to please help me..

Updated by Sunilcsn Mr. Sunil Mistari contacted helpline, requesting to lodge a complaint against his Foreign Employer. He got a job in Simplex infrastructures LLC and went to Oman on 2015. Emigrant is facing below mentioned issues:- 1. Forced to continue job without Renewing Iqama and Visa: It is being nearly eight months but his employer not renewed his Iqama and visa. 2. Not issuing Exit Paper: Due to above mentioned issue he resigned the company on 31/10/2017, giving one month notice period. But still his employer is not giving exit. 3.
