This is fazlur Rahman. I am working Simplex infrastructure LLC. In ibri Muscat oman. I would like to inform you. I resigned my job. Now 5 months completed. And my visa also expired 13/11/2017. As per company policy I complete my notice period. But till company not give my salary from last 4 months and not release me with my full and finel settlement. I request to you . Please help me .

This is anuj kumar maurya. I am working in simplex infrastructure ltd.in oman muscat. My employee id is 33950. I resigned my job before 3 months. As per company policy i completed my one month notice period. But still company not release me and coerce to me for work. I informed to my management lot of time to release me with my full and final settlement. But company not take any action. I also informed here labor court and indian embassy. But till no any positive from their site. I request to you. Please help me.

Due to my family problem and my visa was expired. I resigned my job 31/10/2017. As per company policy i completed my one month notice period. But company not release me with my full and final settlement. And...

Last two years, i try to get my epf account detail but no body give me right detail.
So i request to you, please give me right direction, how get my epf account detail. Because company person also not give any response.
