We Das & Co. are civil contractors based out of haldia. Few years back we did a work for Simplex in Nayamundi, Odisha. As a part of the work we had supplied our L&T komatsu on hire basis. Total bill amount pending is almost Rs1400000. On submitting all relevant documents at their kolkata headquarters we are still to receive any sort of resolution. The SPOC for the same being Mr debabrata sarkar has denied to even listen to our plea. If our payments remain pending for 5+ years how can we survive doing our business.
