I Have booked a consignment from Singrauli - JAJPUR (PIN 755019) consignment: J38863448 on DT.01.08.2011 and on 03.08.2011 still the website tracking is showing arrive destination at Jaipu.I am not able to understand Why first flight is offering very bad service? Still 06.08.11 the consignment showing the status arrived at destination JAIPUR. I am trying to call customer care number given on my docket and it 24 Hrs busy. I experiencing the worst service offered by first flight courier. I have sent two mails so far and there is no feedback so far. I have contacted the booking branch in Singrauli, they are not able to give any response on this. This is the worst.....worst....service offered by a courier agency in my life--, I don't know why reached my docket Jaipu instead of destination address to G.Devadas, Plot No.-365, Behind Sishumandir School, near Telephone Exchange, Kanheipur, JAJPUR ROAD, JAJPUR-755019. Please enquired my above mentioned docket No. and send to destination address JAJPUR, ORISSA , PIN -755019 WHICH IS MENTIONED IN ENVELOPE.
