Simplilearn.com — Unauthorized credit card charges, unethical behaviour

Now they have charged 5600 amount without any information like mail or sms. When i called their customare care put my phone on hold. i submitted a complain by mail and they didn't reply for more than 48 hours their time limit. I need my money back.
