Singhania University — equivalent certificate of singhania university bsc degree with any of odisha's university is not gettable

I am not able to find the list in any site of singhania university bsc degree equivalent list to any of odisha state university.
With out the equivalent certificate we can't get a state govt job so it is very necessary and singhania university should take this issue seriously and provide the equivalent list.
Without the equivalent certificate the district employment exchange don't register the name of students. Then there is no value of degree without the equivalent certificate.
All most all university in india provides the equivalent list to all state universities. That we can find easily in internet.
