[Resolved]  Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd — Fake unlimited smartphone plan Rs 391 not working due to my previous active limited internet pack.MTS not resolving it.

This is regarding MTS fake denomination of Rs 391 unlimited 1GB 3X and unlimited 1X thereafter.MTS can resolve this issue by deactivating my limited pack of validity 22-June-2015. But they donot care about their subscriber. I recharged with Rs391. Even after recharge was successful and amount was deducted.I did not receive the internet service as promised by ISP. Hence MTS subscriber beware of MTS and please do not recharge with Rs 391 and Rs 189 Smart phone Plan for Kolkata Circle. I have limited packs with 0.00 MB and validity 22-June-2015 activated. Hence the internet is not working even after recharging with unlimited pack. The reason for internet pack not working is that if there are limited packs activated previously and i[censored]nlimited pack is recharged then it takes the limited packs and internet does not work when limited pack is 100% consumed. I have to wait till 22-June-2015 for previous limited pack to be deactivated. I recharged with Rs 8 twice to understand the exact reason for internet not working. it deducts 60 MB from promo balance as well as high speed data balance. My previous high speed data balance was 1024 MB.Now it is 906 MB, it should be 1024 MB as 60 MB is for Rs 8 limited data pack, it should not be deducted from unlimited pack.You Cheater MTS deduct it from both balance.I want 120 MB credited to my unlimited pack high speed data balance. Stupid and Cheater MTS. Shame on You. Dear MTS subscriber, Beware of MTS
