[Resolved]  Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd — SALARY, MEDICLAIM, LEAVE POLICY

I am an Off Roll Employee of SISTEMA SHYAM TELESERVICES LTD offloaded to Adecco Flexione Workforce Solutions (p) Ltd. working from July-2009. Since then several problems are unresolved. Problems are as below:

1. Delay in Salary in everymonth
2. Mediclaim is lapsed on 16/10/2010 and not renewed after several reminder.
3. No leave policy has been defined for Off roll Employees.
4. No sufficient Increament within two years.
5. No performance review for Off roll Employees.
6. Off roll Employees are not allowed to take part in Company's openhouse to discuss their problems.
