NEVER ever buy anything from MTS. Worst service, worst customer care, bad people with bad attitude, and no customer focus.
I have (had, not sure read on and you will know!) a post-paid Data account ([protected]) with MTS.
On 10 January 2015, I made a request to close this account by calling MTS customer care. I was given request number 1205184. Later that day I got a message on my phone from “YD-MTSSRC” stating that “Your request number 1205184 has been processed”.
On 11 February 2015, I made a payment of 1122 Rs for the whole January month bill hoping
for a complete closure of my account
And here comes the fun part:
MTS has generated the bill for Feb 2015 and it’s going on. I called their customer care centre, just to be told that there was an issue in processing my closure request at MTS’s end and although it’s MTS’s fault they would extract money from me.
Can you believe these guys! After talking from one customer representative to another (and believe me they really need training on how to talk to customers, as they don’t know what to say except the scripted line “ Jaisey ki mein dekh pa raha hoon”) I got an email id of an appellate authority (appellate.[protected]@mtsindia.in) sent them an email as well.
They came back to me (MAR/8464) stating they can’t give me waiver. I mean look at the audacity of these people, first to make mistake and then harassing and penalizing their customers for it.
My advice - say NO to MTS forever, that’s what I am going to do for sure. Was this information helpful? |
