I used to love sitel because the HR is very good. However me as an agent in one of the Sitel's account managing is complaining because it's been 7 months I have been suffering from my supervisors who do not manage properly the production floor . The staffs are not empathetic to the agents, and we are looking dumb there sitting next to the agent who doing outbound sales however there is social distancing right now .
Also it's seems like many agents in outbound sales needs to be more trained because there is lack of enthusiasm doing their job. Im feeling sorry to the clients who invested in them because if they can see the performance inside the production floor, they better think twice. Was this information helpful? |
