Hi,

I want to lodge against management. They had selected on the basis of interview which was on chat assessment but after joining they had given me profile which is irrelevant based on my experience and interview which i was had been given the profile i was incharged they had not given me training of profile & asked for assessment twice which i failed due to lack of training. At lst they had terminated me from sitel without giving...

    Hi want to bring to everyones notice that the trainner in SITEL Nikhil tawde has been biased and has been letting people drink alcohol in the trainning room to a extend where he shifted ine fellow who was sitting with me to back of the class so he could consume his drinks without anyone noticing...to a point the whole class was drinking ... But when i got caught in this negetivity trap and they only removed me out of the company...and they won even check the cams...

      I used to love sitel because the HR is very good. However me as an agent in one of the Sitel's account managing is complaining because it's been 7 months I have been suffering from my supervisors who do not manage properly the production floor . The staffs are not empathetic to the agents, and we are looking dumb there sitting next to the agent who doing outbound sales however there is social distancing right now .

      Also it's seems like many agents in outbound sales needs to be more trained because there is lack of enthusiasm doing their job. Im feeling sorry to the clients who invested in them because if they can see the performance inside the production floor, they better think twice.

          Hi,

          This email is in regards to my credit card which i have not received till now. I was supposed to get in on 27th march though it was my weekly off so could not get it from my offc address. I had a word with the delivery boy who said it will be delivered by 29th march but did not hear anything from u guys. Is this a joke for u?

          I need my card by tomorrow coz again i will be on my weekly off from wednesday to thursday.

          Please look into this and help me delivering my card by 2nd april 2019.

            Hi, this is to explain my side in an issue of absences that i have incurred during the training. First of, i really wonder why i need further explanation while all of my documentation (Medcerts) was already submitted, i have gone through a "commitment coaching" with my coach "diane", i am still in ocp even i already have the certification that says i am a graduate, never did i compalain the process of extension and such because that is what it is.

            Now going back to the issue that i left of. I got sick. During the integration week i suffered from hypertension secondary to systemic viral infection, was advised to rest for a week, but then i did every effort to shorten it to 4 days only. I humbly asked my good trainer larra jenieca javier, if there is a need for me to do the integration with the next wave since i was absent but she said "no need", becaue according to her she's confident that i can make through the certification, i thanked her for that.in other words i surpassed the integration, i went through ocp, i didnt receive any coaching or what not that has something to do with my absences.

            Now during ocp, i incurred 1 absent on the first week due a dog bite, i submitted my docs to coach diane, she advised me that i will be extended and i accepted it, she coached me about the extension but again i did not sign anything or never did i heard larra give comment about it. Now, on the 3rd week of ocp, my first extension week, i reported to work with my reddish, teary eyes my coach asked me to go to the clinic, i do not like to but she insist and says what ever the clinic recommendation would be, we should follow. So, obviously, the clinic sent me home due to "bacterial conjunctivitis" should i need to explain further as to why i was gone for a week? Sure, i submitted my med cert through messenger to my coach and made sure to notify everyday to avoid ncns. And now were here. I was under the impression that after the "committment coaching" my attendance will observed extensively, and if i were to incur another instance only then it would progress to a care form or an admin hearing if neccessary, but to my surprised i was schedule for an admin hearing. I would like to understand because i see gray areas all over the situation.

            Lets start connecting the dots here and solve the puzzle. During the ocp, not sure if its the first or the second week, there was an issue raised about our former coach "john" "pacifico dela cruz" according to my wavemates they did not escalate the coach they just told the story and share the experience with our trainer and it is not just about john but also charm. The team was initially divided into 2, who were known as the batch 1 and the batch 2, i was part of the 2nd. The complains or should we call it escalation came from the batch 1, while batch 2, do not have any idea about the gravity of what is happening. Changes started coming, emotions were flowing here and there. Well, in our gc via messenger i gave my opinion and a piece to advise to my colleagues which consist of mostly newbies or cc virgins, after which i told them in the group if this things continues i would rather resign. Then larra sent me a private message asking why would i resign, i have the copy of the conversation, i dont like to be misquoted. One thing i noticed in our conversation was the pinch of hatred against someone. But i stood firm with what i think was right and said that for me, what happened was wrong and unfair. Afterwhich, i went to work that night as normal, never did i realize that our fb messages would be bring out in the office. To my surprised, coach diane talked to me and told me larra said my name should be removed from the schedule because i will resign, bravo! I have not send any resignation just to begin with.

            This is what i feel about all these, its all taken against me personally, there are people who's surprisingly extending their efforts on this matter that should not be this complicated in the first place. The question here now is, what is the goal? I will seek help with our ethicspoint team about this issue, because i feel the processes are not fairly done, i would refuse to sign any documents that the people from the prod would ask me to.

            This is a sad and a very disappointing experience, i am trying my best to be as professional as i can, i am giving my efforts to contribute since i am part of the top performers board given that i am still part of the ocp, i see people committing ncns, underperforming etc but stil working peacefully, i do not deserve to be treated this way. I guess nobody is.

              My name is alisha kotadia, was working with sitel on a contract basis from 17th august'17 to 30th september'17. I have received the offer letter and all the documents from the company sitel. Which it was promised to me that once the contract ends they will be making a payment to my account on the last working day. But till today (18th october'17) have not received my salary. Need to file a complaint against sitel mumbai.

                Am an ex-employee of sitel, due to my health issues am unable to continue working with sitel, during my sickness when i am serving notice period am into 12.30 am shift, so i requested my tl to change the shift timing to prior shift as my health was very bad at that time submitted my medical records too, but they not even considered that even as a female employee i was not even given proper acknowledgement to serve my notice period so i discontinued without serving notice period informed the manager, the tl and the hr, submitted by id card to my tl, i was literally not given any option to serve my notice period and indirectly forced to discontinue, my requestion was not properly acknowledged, later they sent a warning letter to my home stating no call no show, which is brutal i informed the hr discussed with the manager and tl and then only discontinued.

                  I have make my payment and also received my noduces certificate but issue is that I haven't worked with Sitel after 3rd Feb 2015, but Sitel is charging me for 1 week more and I haven't called for full and final settlement I haven't marked any attandence after 3rd Feb 2015...but still they gave me a letter as per 12th Feb 2015...how don't know the reason when I asked to HR he says I can't help ...sorry

                    I am working in sitel gurgaon from past 1 year n 1 month.It has been done twice that my salary is nit given to me on time.When i asked for th reason and called my team leader,Manager and senior manager they did not have any response and said that today is new year and sunday so we can update it on monday.When i reached on monday my team leader was not there in th eoffice when i called him he said he is coming and when told my manager that i need to speak he said give me 5 mins but no resopnse.

                      They mailed me that i am shortlisted for interview.I went their They asked me to sit in a room with other 6 members.A HR came and asked to say about yourself.By just asking that question,she said none o[censored]s selected and asked us to come again for a month.
                      If they want to do interviews like this they can make telephone interviews,do not waste time money o[censored]nemployed graduates,
                      they come there with lots of hope , by asking a single question you cannot judge them,
                      it affect their confidence levels,

                        Worst place to work with... They r all... Never attend a intrview with them... Blodddyyyy down graded call center company... The hr baldy domeneeee is a real... A lazy ... They make people wait for 10 hr and tell nothing... If yu r a releation of that baldy yu will be immmediatly sucked in... They will make yu work like donkey and make money from your blood... Ruthless. Inhuman people.. Dont ever go by the looks of this company... Yur life will be totally spoilt

                            This complaint is in regard to my PF which I never received till date. I filled all the forms and applications in July 09 and it was told to me that I will receive it in 4 to 6 months.
                            I have been calling the PF DEPARTMENT in SITEL and no one knows about my issue and they keep lying every time that the concerned person is not available in his desk and when I visit the centre he’s there. His name is NARESH MOBILE NO [protected].
                            He keeps telling me that he will get back to me and from day one i the one who keeps calling and enquiring about it.
                            There is nor responsibility from his end and he keeps telling that we have sent an e-mail to Mumbai and they are working on it.
                            I suggest the authorities who look in to this, to kindly resolve my query.
                            Or my next step is to place a complaint in the news paper about SITEL, the people who work there in the PF department and the kind of service they render.

                            Recently I bought Air tel Sim card..My billing date was on May 4th. But so far I did not get information regarding Bill Amount.I request you to send the Bill amount to be paid through SMS..

                            Great Job. I RECKON YOU TO PLACE A COMPLAINT IN THE NEWS PAPER SO EVERY ONE WILL KNOW WHAT A CRAPPY COMPANY SITEL IS!!!
                            This is such a good company and i can't understand how do they recruit such incompetant holes over there.

                            I think the company is filled with people who do not know their job. Is this company has a back door interview where you bribe them and your in.

                            This must be the only way how these would have got in.

                            If these kind of people survive then one day this company will go to the dogs, as they recruit dick heads.
                            I think the problem lies in the fact the Shared Services function in Sitel is centralised.Everything happens in Mumbai, and those working in Hyderabad are just contact points/punching bags, judging from the tone of the comments above.The contact points in Hyderabad are not even on the payrolls of Sitel, but get paid through Adecco.The management policies and insistence on 'cost-management', along with a tendency to squeeze the last drop of blood from its HR staff(multi-tasking etc), leads to lag in services like this.

                            I just read this post and wanted to let you know that, we agents at Sitel Bangalore also face the same issue. I am a part of Dell On Call, which is more like a sales process rather than a resolution queue. All they want is sales over sales, if you dont make any, they make you stretch your time, for which you donot get paid extra. I have done over 4 hours of extra time on certain days, but got no money for it even though being promised for it. And also the Dell client paid incentives which were promised to us at the time of joining, never had even 1 buck of that go into my account, or for that matter most of any agents here. They just find some random reason to not give you your incentives and then let you forget about it.
                            Also what I found out recently after one of the Team Leads quit, what he said was the Dell client paid incentives (5000/-), is a compulsory incentive for all the agents, but Sitel has setup criteria to get it, for which the agents never get it, and it all goes to the sly pockets of the senior management and managers here. This is cheap .
                            Initially when I joined here in January 2010, in Dell, there were about 250 people, now there are barely 80 here. Most have quit because of the low pay because you donot get the pay that you are promised. And some have quit because they cannot stand the curroption going on in here. Atleast out of the 5000/- if we were given just half of it, most o[censored]s would still be happy. Well this is clearly unfair when they eat out from what we are supposed to get. I repeat again, that is cheap .
                            I quit from that hole on sept 2010. the sitel site at bangalore closed down in dec 2010, all the employees were asked to move to mumbai or chennai. Well this is what a management can do a what-could-have-been good company.

                            Worked with Sitel almost for 2 year.. after wasting my 2 years I left Sitel now have applied for PF ( Provident Fund) those people are really freaking me out lazy after 4-6 months they even are not responding to my calls and mails... really wanna launch a complaint against them worst people to work with, they will make everyone work like donkey and make money from your blood, ruthless, inhuman people, even after leaving the company they even would boughter about our PF amount Amm calling ROOPA(PF Associate) everyday but no response from her & no reply on mail...
                            Hi.. Offer letter was provided and asked to join after 3 weeks..before three days from the date of joining they say tat we do not need anyone for the process..this is the worst behaviour by the management...plz dont join sitel...u will regret ur decision
                            Yes, this company sucks ... they have taken an year time and Still I haven’t received my PF yet.. Im in a very tight situation...
