I enrolled in 2 day workshop and he did self promotion and gave guarantee that he will give 100% Money back guarantee if we don't want to continue the class. However, after 2nd Day he send an email that till the we will not pay full fees he will not allow us to access the course. So I requested him for refund but he is denying continuously to refund the amount which I paid as first EMI to him.
Please help me to get refund.
