My Name is Athul Ts. I wanted to share my recent experience. I enrolled in #JatanShah's 3 hour online workshop titled "ChatGPT & AI Hacks in MS Office Workshop" for "₹ 117" after seeing ads on YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.

It all sounded promising but turned out to be completely FAKE. During the class, he covered only two to three basic Excel formulas for 40 minutes and spent the remaining time promoting his premium class.

He pressured participants to enroll in the premium class by paying a significant amount of ₹ 14, 000 + GST, which could be paid in two installments.

He offered fake bonuses and made false claims about the course content, which I realised later. I fell for his deceptive tactics and paid the first installment Of ₹ 7, 198.

During the workshop he claimed refund if we are not satisfied with the course.and also claimed job assistance.but the case is that they will not respond to calls all numbers in their WhatsApp community is either switched or not attend the call.

I enrolled in the course on 20th June 2024.since then I mailed them 20 plus times
That I don't want to continue the master class program they never responded until 25th June 2024. An assistant named Priyal Solanki responded to the mail saying they have "NO REFUND POLICY". I am very disappointed by their approch.

They promised skies but delivered dirt.

I enrolled for presentation classes and their material related to slides in Rs470. Neither received any link for class nor material, given WhatsApp group also doesn't work. Then, I saw similar chatting people are facing like me.

Want my money back and this guy to be stopped from doing deceitful promotions, charged with fraud and forgery and applied penalty so as to protect other people from getting harassed and looted like me.

Made false promises for Office365, Chat GPT 4.0 during his 3 hour session and trapped us into paying 14k for master class without providing enough time to review the policies.
Now they are saying it's non refundable

I attended a power bi workshop by skill nation (Jatan shah).
On 30th and 31st march 2024.
On 2nd day (Yesterday 31st march 2024) of the class he marketed another masterclass for rs.12200 + gst.
I paid for it (14396). Only to realize it is a scam.
None of the contact details are working and i asked for refund on multiple channels, no response.

Full description: He promised lucrative bonuses and charged hefty Rs. 14000 which should have included ChatGPT 4.0, Microsoft 365 etc. which was a BIG BIG scam. ChatGPT 4.0 was a plugin extension that redirected to his own page and opened chatgpt 3.5 and was probably coded to say that it operates on ChatGPT4.0. I have paid for their master class for Rs.15k and for the next few months I won't be available to take classes for a personal reason. But no response from them and they denied my refund request

I attended the 99 rs session which is marketed as a game changer in the education industry where you would master 174 formulas and learn A-Z of excel, whereas reality is during the session he just marketed his master class course and he tempted and at the same time pressurised us to buy his masterclass course for 14, 300 rs approx. He didn't give us chance to ask questions or even review his website. Ofcourse YouTube ads are so well made that anyone would end up believing in them.

Also, the comments sections on zoom call are disabled for others to view and even if you post a question it won't be answered. It's all programmed and scripted.

2 days later from the day of 1 session, an orientation call took place where we were promised about accesses to bonuses and course, which he did, but the catch here is, the Premium AI Enabled Office 365 comes with a shared access. The licence key is shared with 4 users and access to Onedrive is prohibited. This results in data privacy and breach issues. No security of your data if you upload to Onedrive.

As this was never mentioned during the 1st session and even while making the purchase, I'm requesting for a full refund as this is an absolute fraud.

I want my money back as I don't believe it's a genuine website with the right intentions.

This guy is such a scam.
He first took a class for 100 and then intruded the joinees to pay for the master course.
Also, did not give a chance to review or check the company saying to pay as soon as possible.
He misclaimed saying he was giving 143000 worth course for only 12200 (taxes extra)

Have paid Rs.7, 198/- on 18.02.23 for Master Class 143 but due to my medical condition, not able to attend. When i asked them to refund the paid amount they refused saying that its against company refund policy. They have not mentioned while announcing course that refund is not allowed. He is the CEO of the Skill Nation company and cheating the entire nation by doing fake advertisement on providing latest version of ChatGPT API KEY integration.
He starts a session for Rs.100 and does a fake scam by arranging a connect make innocent students and professional to pay money for the course which is not as promised.
Many people of the country have scammed by Jatan Shah. A scammer like this person is not even ready to refund the money as well. I have paid Rs.7198 for the course and he still asking me to pay rest of the amount for the course and he has blocked my course account as well as i did not pay the full amount.
So i would like to raise a cyber crime complaint against this Jatan Shah. I want him to refund my amount of Rs.7198. I'm attaching his photo for evidence as he still continuing to scam more and more people.

I was forcefully made to sign up for a course and made a payment of 14338 and also an additional 585 for another course yesterday on 17th Dec 2023 to Jatan Shah. I was called in the morning to ask whether i have made the payment yet. On saying I wanted a refund as I cant be continuing with the course, I was told I would be given the refund. However I have been repeatedly trying to reach out to them but not one out of the 5 customer care numbers are responding. I demand a full refund as this scheme is a scam! @JATAN SHAH, @SKILL NATION.This guy jatan shah is a fraud.First I joined his 2 day work shop on POWER BI, on the second day he started luring people asking them to join for paid course by saying they can get great hikes and better jobs with this course.He also cornered people by saying if you join now you can get best benefits.he said 1, 32, 000 worth course will be given to the people who joins right now during the work shop gets it for only 12k +GST.He pressurized people to pay for it, later he said people can pay through two payment methods.(1)one time payment method (14k:12k +GST)and (2)2 time installment payment.(7k+7k including GST)
He said people can opt for any mode there is no difference.But after all the payments were made, on the first day of the orientation class after 15 mins he started asking for second payment and also he forced people to do that in the call itself by saying if the second installment is not done now you will not be getting the bonuses that I mentioned earlier. I tried to connect to him many times but he never replied.so i messaged one of his employee who is asking me to pay for second installment on WhatsApp.when i asked them that I don't want to join this masterclass please refund my money, they kicked me out of the masterclass group even though I paid my first installment which is 7k (6k+GST).I want to file complaint against them. HATAN SHAH and SKILL NATION are frauds.

Skill Nation never mentioned about their no refund policy. Now that I am having issues continuing with my masterclass. I have requested them to refund my money even before the masterclass started.

But they are so fraud that they only reply customer satisfaction is very important to us but never refund the money.

Please if you are attending their workshop and they start marketing about their masterclass promising thousands of package not fall into it. They are scamming innocent people with their money.

I will try to be as much helpful as possible. There are selling products in the name of threatening about how all corporate people are going to loose jobs if they dont learn the thing they are gonna teach. i dont mind with this pitch of their, however in the webinar they teach some complex things and then take 1 hr to sell his produst by telling 1000 lies. After buying the product i was going thry the Excel module and there is nothing in the module, jatan promised that it contains lessons from basic to advanced, however its basic only and there is noting about advanced. The PowerBI is as short as a shortfilm by a 6 grader, the PowerBI is a vast subject, but this scamster Jatan has completed in 24 short 3 min videos, and then he is selling again same products giving different names of webinar. There is nothing advanced about the advanced courses. To the people who are checking after paying 199 rs for his webinar. Its not worth spending 14K on these petty videos, better you can get every subject for 499 in Udemy.

I have attended 3 hours chat GPT & AI tools workshop which was conducted on September 21st, 2023 and through that I have registered for Master class. I have paid 7198/- and he provided login credentials to access the courses. I was able to login for 2 days. But credentials are not working now. I am not able to login the portal. He is a big cheater and scammer!!

Please punish him as per the law and provide my refund. Save thousands of people from this scam!!!
