I'd like to raise a complaint regarding my recent order. Following are my concerns
1) received incompatible cleanser for my skin type. I have oily skin but I received cleanser for dry skin. I already have acne problems.
2) Missing products - Brightside Facial Toner and Alpha Arbutin Gleam On Face Mask
It's been impossible to reach customer support. I've tried every channel from email, chat, WhatsApp, Twitter to Facebook.
